The Back Story

I'm a dreamer. Sometimes my grand ideas work and sometimes they don't. Today I woke up thinking, "Let's take a break from appliqué work. I want to make quilt blocks, but not any quilt blocks. I want to make BATS!" I sat down with an awesome cup of coffee and started to draw. I came up with this and I am just batty about it!

Design & Materials

The Bat Block is made of simple half-square triangles, rectangles, and squares. Its design is simple, modern, and sleek which gives Halloween a fresh new look!
