Shipping Policy

Here is what you need to know concerning shipping:

  • Shipping Fees–Flat rate shipping rates apply to individual items listed in the shop.

  • Order Processing– In stock print pattern orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Quilt Kits may take longer because they are made on demand. Please allow 2 weeks of processing time.

  • Shipping Confirmation– You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that will include your tracking number.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery– All orders are shipped USPS or UPS. Shipping delivery times vary and are set by the shipping carrier.

  • International Shipping – We do offer shipping to Canada at this time.

    When shipping to Canada, we are legally required to follow the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) rules for declaring the value of imported goods. The declared “value for duty” is equal to the transaction value—that is, the price paid or payable for physical goods—not the cost of materials or replacement value. Customs uses this declared value to calculate duties and taxes. In addition, carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post) may charge their own brokerage or processing fees, which can vary and are unfortunately outside of our control.     Additional helpful info:

    • Digital items (like our PDF patterns) are not included in the declared value.

    • Additional brokerage or handling fees may be applied by the shipping carrier.

    • Customers are responsible for any import fees charged upon delivery.

  • Order Status – Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You may use the provided tracking link to track your package delivery. If you do not receive your package within the delivery window for your shipping method, please email erin@hexenhaus.co.

Return policy

Due to the nature of items, our shop does not accept returns at this time.

We make every effort to clearly describe what you are buying, before completing your purchase. Here are some suggestions to ensure you are satisfied with your new piece:

  • Read the item description details thoroughly.

  • Carefully view the images on our website. A zoom function on each main photo will allow you to see the detail of the quilt more closely.
